Livewire Cutting Systems Limited Warranty

Livewire Cutting Systems stands behind every product we sell. All Livewire systems and remotes are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Drive units (Lite, Pro, Pro Solar): 2-year limited warranty
  • Remotes (Finger Remote, Pro Trainer Wrist Remote): 1-year limited warranty

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Livewire Cutting Systems will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by operation outside the intended use described in the product manual
  • Damage caused by use of unauthorized parts or accessories
  • Modifications made to the product by anyone other than Livewire Cutting Systems
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the defect or issue
  • Photos of the defect if applicable

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Do not ship any product back without prior authorization.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. To the extent permitted by law, Livewire Cutting Systems' liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Livewire Cutting Systems products are designed for use in equine training environments. Equine activities carry inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with equine activities and the use of our equipment. Please read and follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product.
